Therapy Schedule of Fees
This document lays out the fees and expenses for psychological services and related offerings. It serves as our agreement on costs and fulfills our responsibility to inform you about them.

Please Note: Not all services provided by us are eligible for Medicare or private health rebates. Medicare services and required reports are delivered in accordance with Medicare guidelines.
Private and Medicare Referrals Sessions
Service Fee Unit
Initial Consultation $480 50 Min Session Sessions do not include emails, reports or any written documents produced outside of therapy sessions.
Subsequent Consultation $320 50 Min Session Sessions do not include emails, reports or any written documents produced outside of therapy sessions.
Letters, emails, phone calls, file review, report writing provided out‑of‑session $80 15 Min
Requests for letters, reports, calls, emails and documentation - consultation fees cover the session time only and do not include emails, reports, or any written documents produced outside of therapy session times. Your clinician will endeavour to accommodate the creation of these documents within your scheduled session time, where possible. All out-of-session services, including report writing, will be charged at the standard hourly rate, broken down into 15-minute increments.- See "Out of Session Services and Administration section".
Should you require written documentation or reports, kindly inform your psychologist at the start of a session if this is required. The clinician will endeavour to accommodate the creation of these documents within your scheduled session time, where possible. If you would prefer for this to be doen outside of your session, or if it cannot be completed within the allocated session time, the clinician will provide an estimate of the time required to complete the service. This will allow you to make an informed decision on whether you would like the report to be generated during your session or independently of it.
Complex, High-Conflict Cases, Disputes, Court or Any Legal Matters (existing or intending)
Service Fee Unit
Initial Consultation $720 50 Min Session Sessions do not include emails, reports or any written documents produced outside of therapy sessions.
Subsequent Consultation $480 50 Min Session Sessions do not include emails, reports or any written documents produced outside of therapy sessions.
This category involves any work related to cases with high conflict, complexity, or legal aspects. This might include tasks including reviewing documents, managing cases, holding case conferences, preparing affidavits, attending court, or providing testimony are charged in $112.5 per 15 min increments. The difference in fees for these services is due to the added time the complexity and demands these services require.
For court attendance lasting up to two hours, the cost is $960 (plus travel and administration fees) per day. If the attendance extends beyond two hours, each extra hour is billed at a rate of $640. This covers the time psychologists spend in court, including waiting and giving testimony.
Out of Session Services and Administration

Psychological Screeners Varies by Screener Per Screener Administration of screener and with results discussed at time of session. Writing of reports, letters or services provided outside of session are billed separately
Letters, Email, Calls, File Review or Report Writing $80 15 Min Includes reviews outside of session times and services via letter, email or over the phone to a client or other parties.
Travel time $80 15 Min Travel is calculated based on the psychologists travel to and from the practice.
Postage $40 Per Unit
Printing Disbursements $40 Per Unit  
Subpoena or File Preparation and Copy $320 Per Unit Costs to produce a subpoena may be higher depending on the size of a file.
For any extra services offered outside of our regular sessions, we'll let you know about the expected cost beforehand. Before proceeding, we'll need clear approval from you or your legal guardian, either in writing or verbally. If our psychologists provide these additional services, they will be charged at the standard hourly rate, calculated in 15-minute increments.

This transparent approach empowers you to make an informed decision about pursuing extended testing. Service Fee Estimates
Autism Spectrum Estimate $2,880- $3,520* To assess and understand your childÂ’s developmental profile in addition to gathering information needed to identify supports that will be the best match for the young person.
Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Estimate $1,920-3,520* To assess and understand your childÂ’s cognitive / developmental profile and in turn assist in providing the right support for your young person if needed.
Cognitive Assessment Estimate $1,920-3,520* To assess and provide a understanding of your childÂ’s cognitive profile and their abilities related to completing everyday tasks (functional capacity). This assessment assists with determining if your child meets the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5-TR) criteria for a diagnosis of Intellectual Disability and can also aid in identifying supports the young person may need
