Bianca is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists. Bianca holds Bachelor of Psychology (with honours) and Master of Psychology (Clinical).
With over 15 years of experience working with children, Bianca is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, young adults and their families in a kind, client-centered and playful way!
Bianca is warm, calm, compassionate, and a complete ray of sunshine to all whom she meets. Her therapeutic approach is warm, kind, creative and playful while also slowing the therapy process down to ensure it is truly client-led and attuned.
Bianca has completed additional training in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), Theraplay and Trauma Focused – Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
As a Board Approved Supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia Bianca is also extremely passionate about providing clinical supervision to students and experienced psychologists.

Johanna is a Educational and Developmental Psychologist Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, holding both a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology, a Masters of Educational and Developmental Psychology as well as a Masters of Science in Child Development. With her extensive training and experience, Johanna is committed to helping children, adolescents and their families thrive.
Johanna's warm, client-centered and playful approach to therapy creates a safe and nurturing space for young people to explore their challenges and develop strategies to support them. She takes the time to get to know each individual and their unique needs, providing support throughout the ups and downs of their journey.
Psychological Assessments - Johanna has a background in conducting cognitive, academic and behavioral assessments to help children and their families understand personal strengths and challenges. Her assessments are tailored to each child, and targeted with the aim of identifying what adjustments in the school and home environment can help young people reach their full potential.

Kate Albion
Psychologist
Kate is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists. Kate holds a Masters degree in Professional Psychology, is a certified AutPlay Therapy provider, and is currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Play and Art Therapy.
Kate is deeply passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where neurodiversity is embraced, and the uniqueness of every brain is celebrated and nurtured. Kate views parents as the experts of their children, and values them as an integral part of the therapy journey. She supports families to develop an understanding and appreciation of their child’s strengths and differences and equips parents with evidence-based strategies to best support their child’s development.

Jaime Thompson
Psychologist
Jaime is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and a Member of the Australian Association of Psychologists. Jaime holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Applied Science from Queensland University of Technology, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Studies from The College of Law, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from the University of New England, and a Master of Psychological Practice from Charles Sturt University.
Jaime works in a warm, collaborative and client-centred way, with a focus on helping clients better understand themselves, recognise their strengths and build practical strategies for everyday life. Jaime is also EMDR-trained and has experience supporting clients with emotional regulation difficulties, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, parenting and executive functioning.
Jaime is passionate about providing neuroaffirming, support to children, adolescents, adults and parents. She has a particular interest in working with neurodivergent clients, including Autistic, ADHD and AuDHD individuals, and supporting people who are exploring or adjusting to a later diagnosis.
Independent Practitioner - Jaime operates her own independent psychology practice while consulting from Little Insights. All clinical services and fees are provided and determined independently by Jaime.

Madeleine is passionate about helping children, adolescents and their families better understand each young person’s unique strengths, challenges and way of experiencing the world. She brings a warm, thoughtful and child-centred approach to every assessment, taking the time to understand each young person as a whole person, not simply a set of results.
Madeleine believes that a meaningful assessment does more than provide a diagnosis. She aims to help children, families and schools develop a shared understanding of how a young person thinks, learns and experiences the world, while providing practical recommendations to support them to thrive.
